Data You Give Us Directly
When you enter a name, phone number, or address in a search form, that entry goes to the third-party provider that supplies the results. We do not keep a copy of your searches on our own servers. If you contact us, we receive whatever you choose to include in your message and use it only to respond.
Data We Gather Automatically
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We review this information in aggregate to maintain the site and learn which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data
The information described above helps us run the service, diagnose faults, assess traffic, and improve content. We do not sell a list of our visitors. We do not build profiles of individual users.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Turlock portals, Stanislaus County and California records offices, library collections, or outside search tools. Each destination follows its own privacy policy. This is especially true of the sponsored search results on this site, which are provided by a third-party company.
Who Might See Your Data
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising providers may receive the automatic information already described. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because there are no user accounts, this site holds no account password or member profile for you.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted personal data, and we will remove it.
Your Data Rights
California residents may have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, opt out of its sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and receive equal service under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. Because we retain little visitor data, a request will generally involve checking our contact mailbox and server logs. Submit a request through the Contact page.
Those consumer rights do not erase official records. Turlock, Stanislaus County, and California agencies retain government material under their own laws. Access to those records is governed in part by the California Public Records Act, Government Code division 10, section 7920.000 et seq.; a correction, redaction, or removal request must go to the agency that keeps the record. The 2026 Delete Request and Opt-out Platform (DROP) offers one state-backed request route to registered data brokers, but it does not remove court, recorder, assessor, or election records.
Updates to This Policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page. By continuing to use the site after an update, you accept the revised terms.
